accidently processed all images, wan't processed icon off
Hi Everyone,
I had all my images selected and accidently procecced them all by hitting comand d (I was hoping they would deselect, like in photoshop) I wasn't finished with editing them, and now all of my images in the viewer hav the little processed icon showing. I've deleted all the processed images as they were not done, but of course p1 is doing the right thing by telling me that they are processed.
I was wondering if I can turn it off somewhere? It's no huge disaster but it would be nice if the processed icon was off so I can see what I have and havn't processed.
Am gratefull for all info.

This may seem impossible without loosing all your adjustments because the process icon is stored in the settings file with your adjustments. However and fortunately, it is very easy to get rid of the process icon while maintaining your adjustments.
The trick is based on the clone variant function (F3) which clones every adjustment but not the process icon.
This is how-to-do-it:
Select all images with the "Edit All Selected Variants" enabled. Create a clone variant of all images by simply pressing F3 or Image, Clone Variant. Note that now all the original Variants are still selected but not the clones and the clones don't have the process icon. Next, delete all selected images. This will delete all variants with the process icon while retaining all variants without it (but with your adjustments).
If you are familiar with the concept of multiple variants of a single exposure, you will know that the image file is not deleted as long there is still one variant left. Variants are a kind of virtual copies of the image.
If you feel not secure, practice with a few processed images in a separate folder.0 -

I had read the section about cloning, but havn't used it much.

Hi
or maybe use "Adjustments" -> "Process History" -> "Clear from primary" from the menu bar. Thats what I normally use when I process pictures accidentally or just want to clean up the entries found in "Process History".
Best regards
