C1-8.2.2.8 no activation on MBP

Overview:
I used C6 / C7 / C8 on MBP and iMac
Detail problem:
I cannot activate C1-8.2.2.8 on MBP.
System say the license is OK when I put it in the field.
After that I put in Email and Password and system say wrong email or wrong Password.
I don't understand this because I have only this email and this password.
With same email and same password I can activate C1-8.2.2.8 on iMac.
With same email and same password I can activate C1-8.2.2.8 on external FireWire HD with fresh and clean Mac OS X 10.9.5.
Historie:
I installed C1-V8 parallel on MBP and iMac in the past.
In February 2015 I made an upgrade to C1-V8.1.1 on iMac. It works.
In February 2015 I would do the same on MBP. It was not possible.
Later in May 2015 it runs while I deactivate C1 on PO site License Management.
Some days ago I installed Trial C1-8.2. on MBP and iMac parallel to running C1-8.1 on both Mac.
I would activate both trials on both Mac.
I deactivate both C1-8.1 on PO site License Management.
I can activate C1-8.2.2.8 on iMac.
I cannot activate C1-8.2.2.8 on MBP.
Message come with After that I put in Email and Password and system say wrong email or wrong Password.
I have contact with PO but no solution yet.
Have someone an idea what can be the problem?
I use on MBP and iMac the same email and password for login in forum or in support site.
Please help.
I'm very frustrated because I will use MBP and C1 next six weeks for outdoor photography in Scandinavia.

The problem of not activation is solved with help of German support via phone.
Quick and dirty.
Changing name of application Capture One in Capture One 8
Then I can activate CO-8.2.2.8.
Why does this work? Nobody know this.

Phase One support does know why it works. That is why they advised it in the first place. 😉0
