Export text data and image thumbnail

I have successfully figured out how to export a txt data file and then import into Mac Numbers '09 app. What I'm wondering is there a way to have it export a thumbnail of the image as well? I'm creating a sell sheet of furniture items and I want to have a picture of the item, a description, dimensions and price to distribute to potential customers. I want it to look like a typical spreadsheet. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
