Tethering Questions/Issues
Using a D3s, Mac Book Pro w/ Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
I have some questions and ran into some issues.
1. Can we setup the name format?
What I was getting was this: ==0019.jpg and when it disconnected and I had to reconnect the file numbers were changed to ==ff0001 1.jpg.
2. As I mentioned above, I kept getting disconnected and had to reconnect or start over and also was getting
Abort error pop up box.
If it had not been for these two issues C1 did such a great job, so much faster copying and displaying file than LightRoom 3.

Hey Doug,
I shoot with the same equipment, computer and cameras, as you. I've had the same problem after a disconnect and have to go in and set the counter as well. My big question to you is do you have a lot of completely random disconnects?

Phaseone.....any response to this random disconnect issue with the D3s? Considering you offer Nikon support I have to guess this is one of the top 2 Nikon (x/s) cameras used with your software if not the top camera. 0 -

That is precisely the advice I can provide regarding this issue, can both of you please create a support case and give us details of your system (System Profile) and LOG files from Capture One. We'll get your details to the right people and, once we can find a commonality, we'll see what can be done to address the issue.0
