batch tool - memory issues

does anyone have an answer or tricks to the following error -

- \"Can not write processed image. not enough free space....\"
pleasen free --.-- ( i currently have 4 different large external
drives- alll of which have more then enough space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

( i have tried 20 different solutions and no fix yet) -

once again i have found myself troubleshooting prereleased
versions-

i have looked up this post - and Im having the same issues
as others.

  I think I have the answer.
  
  Your disks probably have an MS dos format. They work fine on a mac of course without any obvious differencies except C1 for mac cant write processed files to an ms dos formatted disc. I don't know why, it just cant. It will capture to one but not process to one.
  
  All is not losty because you can dump the contents of one disk onto the spare bit of the other, reformat in Mac os extended and pop the info back. then do the same to the other and all will be good.
