    Unless I am overlooking the obvious, the counters you refer to (All Images collection and Catalog folder) should be the same in your situation (i.e. all images are stored inside the catalog, a.k.a. fully managed).

    I suggest do a verify (File > Verify Catalog) and see whether that helps. If not, open a support case with Phase One.

    The screenshot shows no images are imported as referenced (see Folders section). Hence, the puzzle...

    Paul, You are right, there is no other folder shown in addition to the catalog.

    Alright, I'll try yet another support case. This has not been especially productive in the past, though. Support cases for me have mostly involved several days of back and forth with me receiving mostly obvious suggestions I've already tried (with 24 hours between replies), ending in a request to send them my 70 GB catalog. That is barely possible due to it's size and the fact their server often wants to reject incoming files. Frustration usually causes me to bail after several days of this.

    On the current issue, verifying the file mostly finds no problems, and on occasion when it does find problems and reports it has fixed them, nothing changes.
