Weird Digital Texture in Skin Shadows

In the attached file both images are shot on a Canon 1 DX, same lighting, same camera settings and processed with the same settings in CO7.
In the bottom image you can see weird digital texture mostly in the skin shadows, but in othe areas as well. The colors are different as well.
We shot 6 days with that lighting setup thousands of frames, this texture appears in only one folder, but 3/4 of the files in the folder process like that.
Texture is visible in the viewer as well.
Texture is in CO6 and CO7, Mountain Lion and Maverick and on 3 different computers.

In the attached image I have upsized 200% for better visibility.

I have tried ACR and Aperture and all files process "normally" without colour shift and the weired texture.

Anybody seen something like this?

  The image shows a type of Digital Corruption.
  It is going to be within the RAW file itself and if you can create a support case, providing the RAW, we would be happy to have a closer look.
  As it only occurred in a handful of files it may be due to a misfit cable/connection between camera and computer, it's hard to say.

  Thank you Drew for the prompt response.
  I did start a support case before posting in the forum.
  My concern is that 2 other raw developers did not pick any of it…..

  Please get a RAW file to us through the support case so we can have a closer look.
