Upgrade Requirement

I have purchased iView and later upgraded to Microsoft's Expression Media. I know would like to upgrade to Phase One Media Pro. Unfortunately, I don't have the original iView CD anymore and also can't find the code for the Expression Media upgrade (downloadable version). I still have the bottom of the iView box but that's unlikely very useful. So my question is what is actually required for installing, registering and using the Phanse One Media Pro Upgrade for iView/Expression Media?

  Call PhaseOne in Melville, New York. 631 547 8900 The code you don't have won't work. You need something which is 4 digits. I think they ask for a voucher (not your serial number). The nice gentleman at PhaseOne gave me 4 digits which turned out to be a discount too.

  Thanks for the tip. I actually contacted them maybe one year ago but never got a response. After that I purchased Adobe Lightroom but after a lot of testing I figured it did not meet my needs. So I am considering upgrading to PhaseOne MediaPro. I hope I will be successful with this phone number. Your tip is appreciated.

  Called them. The person answering was rather short on the phone. He probably was backlogged as it seems he was absent for a few days. Anyways, problem solved and I'm happy.
