Hi, I keep getting these load errors, do I need to create a support case, or does anyone know what I should do?

Description: Exception: NSInvalidReceivePortException. connection went invalid while waiting for a reply because a mach port died
Domain: com.phaseone.captureone

Description: Exception: NSInvalidSendPortException. [NSMachPort sendBeforeDate:] destination port invalid

  There are simply too many variables for your hardware/OS that could cause this to effectively troubleshoot on the Forum. A support case with system details and software log files would let us know what is going on and how to fix it.
