Working with Capture One and Adobe InDesign

In the past I used to work with Apple Aperture. As some users may know, when you are using Aperture you have access to it's proxy images (called previews in Aperture) via the Mac OS Open... menu in every other app. I have create quite some photo albums in Adobe InDesign and this specific feature is very useful there. Namely there is no need to first export all your RAW files as JPGs and use those to create a book. By using the integration of Aperture into OS X you can layout your book using proxies and in the end only export the placed images to a high-res TIFF. (this process can actually be automated using AppleScript)
Now I'm switching over to Capture One, I would like to have some sort of alternative for this method. Who can give me some suggestions on how Capture One and InDesign can work together nicely. Is there some way I can access Capture One proxies with a different application? Or is my only option to export JPGs from Capture One and layout the book with those?

It is reccomended to export JPG and them use InDesign, create a custom folder, point your reciept to it. The only problem that C1 has is that he cannot overwrite existing files. So just remove files, from folder and then export them from C1. If you name them by Image Name token, name of files will stay same and you can reference them from C1. 0
