does anyone know of places to watch video tutorials for C1 4.5.2? other than the ones on phase website? something a bit more in depth, or that discusses workflow options?

  I don't know about podcasts but I do find the stuff at Capture-u very good
  It is written by a camera assistant I think and is full of real world experience
  
  You do have to pay to get the most out of it but there are free "trial" bits so you can see the Quality
