    My best guess is that you have installed a version which is not developed for Mac OS 10.3 (Version 1.2 or earler)
    Download and install version 3.6 from Phase One's website.
    This is a free upgrade for all users.

    I'm having the same issue guys, I just installed the latest version on my new Mac G5 2.5 with 4GB of ram, and the program will just quit out of the blue. Any suggestions.

    One of the most frequent reasons for this (speaking as a supporter 😕 ) is that in some way Capture One have a corrupted image in the batch queue that is preventing the program to start up and start the batch queue.

    In this case you can start up Capture One while holding the left SHIFT key down. This will prevent the batch queue to start up and then you are able to delete the first image in the batch queue (or the whole queue) and restart Capture One.
