Problem installing CaptureOne 4

I have downloaded and tried installing the new software and continue to get a message saying that "Microsift .Net Framework 3" has errors when being installed and won't allow me to proceed. I'm in a Windows XP computer with a Gig of ram and plenty of free disk space.

Any way to solve this problem? I have tried numerous times and it's the same old thing.
