License conversion?

I've been running into numberous 'out of memory' errors running on 32bit Vista with 4GB RAM and a 512mb video card. I understand the limitations of the 32bit OS only being able to access 3GB (less 512 MB for the vid card).

I've upgraded to 64bit OS and my question is do I have any options converting my Capture One Pro 6 license (even if it means losing the unused activations left on it) to 64 bit?

  You won't loose anything. You license is still valid and you can regain any activation (in case lost) from either the Phase One website or by deactivating inside the program. See the sticky thread in this forum on activation for details.
