Importing/Integrating images from another computer

I'm planning on a trip to India later this year and would be taking a laptop with a copy of Capture One on to edit images as I go.

I use Catalogues on my main desktop computer.

After returning from India how would I best be able to transfer the images to my main computer keeping any adjustment I had already made?

Bear in mind that I use catalogues in date format so it would be the 2017 catalogue and within that all the sub folders in date format such as...

2017
2017-08-12
2017-08-14
etc.

  I've never tried it, but File > Import Catalog… > Capture One Catalog looks like the way to go.
