    In the script menu you can find the 'Stitch with Photoshop' script. Use this script for processing, instead of the process button/function.

    I used that script you mentioned, all it did was open all individual images, ps did not stack the images.

    I get error 1712.

    This would suggest that the script is "working" but when it tells Photoshop to;
    -Open as layers in Group
    -Auto Align
    -Auto Merge

    Photoshop refuses and then the process can't continue. The script is pretty simple and just consists of actions you can manually perform in Photoshop if necessary. Not sure why photoshop would refuse the tasks?

    According to phaseone support people, the script only works with cs3,cs4,cs5 NOT with cs6(which I currently use). So this software is useless when it comes to exporting images for panoramic stitching in cs6... Phaseone one should have updated this script when they release co 7 pro...

    Now because of that either I have to use acr or lr to export the images to ps cs6....

    Why don't you use Autopano Pro w/o any raw renderer?
    APP can read nearly all raw files and produce, imho, the best panoramas possible. No banding, no ghosting, no flappy overlays, and you usually are able to forget the 1/3 overlapping issue, which most other panoramic stitcher are in need.

    After rendering and stitching the pano, you can save the results to a lot of different formats, even as psd. Then you might do further editing with an editor of your choice - if really needed!
    YOU WILL BE SURPIRSED OF APP RESULTS compared to what comes out of PS/CS
