IQ250 + H5X+ USB = Storage Medium Full
Rented an IQ250 + H5X for a job. When connected to my Retina Macbook Pro via USB 3.0 (Tether Tools USB3.0 + Repeater) the camera displays "Storage Medium Full" and cannot shoot tethered. My MBP has 250GB of free space. I have a new session and the capture folder is selected.
When I switch to Firewire 800 + Thunderbolt adapter, the camera can shoot and tether no problem. Any ideas how to fix this?
IQ250 back has been reset to default.
I have tried setting Storage Mode to Auto and USB, no luck either way.
I have tried pulling batteries, resetting settings, different USB cables.

Hi
You are probably on Mac OS 10.11 but have not updated firmware to a compatible one.
Mac OS 10.11 has changed some of the USB implementation while Firewire remains unchanged.
Update to firmware 3.03 and you will be up and running again.0 -
