Would I be correct in asuming that Capture One won't be able to deal with images from an IR converted camera?

I was silly and scratched the protector (wrong word I know) over the sensor on my Nikon D3, so as insurance enabled me to get the D4s I thought I'd get the D3 converted to being a dedicated IR camera.

  That depends on what you define as "Able" ?
  
  It will still read the files, but the color profiles will obviously be way off.
  Best you can do is to disable the color correction all together, and then build your own using the Advanced Color Editor.

  As soon as I get the camera converted I'll look into creating new colour corrections in the Advanced Colour Editor.

  I'm using C1 with RAWs from converted D7000 and from ZD Back with removed ir-cut filter.
  It's working without problems and only option I'm missing is abolity to swap color channels - but I understand, that such demand is rare.
