Damn pop up balloons!

How do you turn those annoying help balloons?! Especially the ones for the styles menu, I am trying to preview what the image looks like, and it doesn't help to have one of those balloons to appear across my screen blocking some of the photo too!
I don't care what settings have been changed, I want to see how it changes photo.

  Hi, open a case and do a feature request, if you not already did this. And yes, some of these text balloons are over the top.
