Windows 10 Creators Update problem?
The other day I upgraded my desktop computer to the newest Windows 10 Creators Update.
Since then (in Capture One) whenever I select one of the tabs for Exposure, Adjustments etc a pop-up window appears showing the Windows 10 on-screen keyboard which I have to keep closing manually.
I've been into the Windows 10 Settings and made sure that all the settings for the Windows 10 on-screen keyboard are turned of, meaning that it shouldn't appear, yet it does.
Has anyone else had this problem as I don't know if it's a 'problem' with Windows 10 or with Capture One?
Thanks

Lucky you that it still works. I got Windows 10 latest update, including Creators update. And Capture One 10 stopped working. Did a clean install as Capture one support suggested by giving this link: https://www.phaseone.com/en/Search/Arti ... nguageid=1
But i still can not start the program at all.. In Windows task manager I see C1 exe starting for few seconds and then its gone.
Do not know what else I can try, its not working at all ☹️0 -
revert to your previous level of Win 10.
There was a recent Creators update that Microsoft were keen that people should not install.
When you accept those sorts of updates you are, in effect, doing free testing for the vendor and taking that risk with no promise of a fix.
I can't think of any reason to do that for just an operating system unless you are a software developer seeking to be at the forefront of knowledge with new features or someone who just likes to know and is confident that they can revert any problems or simply has a masochistic streak in their nature.
Think of me as being cynical if you like but Window 7 is working fine here ...

Microsoft pushed this update by showing me message almost everyday with "are you ready for creators update - restart now".
I did rolled back it yesterday and capture one started working. Just from curiosity installed that crap update again and C1 stopper working again. So rolled back and will not install it in near future for sure 😊0 -
I can report that C1 10.1 runs fine on my Windows 10 Creator Edition PC. Which is fortunate since it is a new machine and came with Creator Edition pre-installed, so no roll back possible. While I have had my share of Creator Edition issues, all my software installs and runs properly.
Regarding the Windows update process - I was never able to successfully update my two Windows 7 machines to Windows 10 using the Windows Update process. I eventually downloaded the Windows 10 install disk from Microsoft and installed from that.0 -
I recently updated my Windows 10 Pro to the Creators Update (Build 1703) today and I didn't experience any oddities launching C1PRO 10.1.1. I did the MS Creation Disk process. This is where I download the Build 1703 in ISO format and I did the complete format and reinstall of my OS. 0
