    Hi,

Trial is fully functional, including processing. Are you running trial as Pro (go to Capture One menu, About)? What files are you processing? Have you selected any files before hitting process? Have you defined an output folder? Have you tried Export (File menu, Export, Variants)? Just a few tips to get you sorted.

    Thank you Paul
I am running the Pro trial.
I have only made adjustments to one image, and I have selected that image (its got yellow around it in the preview pane/window). Sorry if my terminology is wrong, I'm fairly new to digital image processing, so have been using the tutorials to learn how to use Capture One.
I was able to export the image (via file, export, variants) as you suggested. I still can't seem to get the processing actually working, no idea why not. I'm very tired, I might re-visit this tomorrow after some much needed sleep!

I had the same issue - it happend because the CaptureOne I used to shoot the images was updated and the one on my iMac wasn't. When I updated to the same version as the original session was shot on I had no issues to process images.

Are you running the same versions on both computers? (if you are using two that is) 😄

OK, we are getting somewhere. Exporting variants works. Now for processing: on the Output tool tab (Cog wheel) you first need to select a recipe. Next, an image that you process is put into the batch queue (next tool tab). View the queue is you have problems and the queue history (second tab of queue). If any image is in the queue history, it should have been processed.

Next, where does CO8 process to, which folder? By default for sessions it is the Output Folder of that session. For a catalog, you always have to set the folder in the Output Location tool on the Output tool tab.

Ive finally found time to attempt to process my image. Im still having no luck - i can't select the cog wheel, so I can't do anything that you suggested I do.
I don't know why - i am using a track pad, which works for every other thing i do, but for some reason it won't select the cog wheel. I am at a loss to know what to do.

You haven't said whether you have a process recipe selected.

Please first reset your Workspace so that the tools suggested will be sure to reflect the tools you see.

    Windows>Workspace>Default.
