change default location of capture one library folder

cap one 4 pro 4.8
is it possible to change the location of the capture on library folder, that which contains cache files, etc.
currently located in user/pictures
mac os 10.5
where else does capture one store cached / thumbnail data.

  You can't change the default location of the Capture One Library folder, but you do not have to use this folder for your images and setttings + cache files. There are two options.
  1) Create a new session in CO 4.x Pro, and select and alternate location for it. Inside the session folder, all necessary session folders are available, relative to the session folder
  2) From the default session (Capture One Library), create an image folder on any location on your disk.
  
  Capture One 4 always stores cache (Viewer + Browser) and settings files inside the image folder.
