    You can unpack the EIP file without Capture One with an Applescript.

    Once you unpacked the files, copy the raw files without the settings files to another folder and open that folder in CO7.

    I thanks for your reply. I gave it a try unfortunately it says:

    "Unable to extract the following images:

    GBF39-025.EIP
    -> bad CRC 068d97f3 (should be 03dc95d3)

    Sounds like it's pretty corrupted? Anything else I can try?

    Thanks.

    Yes, another try, is to rename the EIP extension to ZIP and unzip it (OS X can unzip ZIP files from the Finder). Maybe it helps, though little chance.

    Thanks Paul, sadly it didn't work. Think I'm going to have to let those pictures go.

    Try this: Quit Capture One. Rename the folder the images reside in. Then relaunch Capture One.

    This worked on a recent training course - If it works please let me know.

    Hi James, thanks but sadly that didn't work either.

    If you make a support case and upload the files we can get an engineer to take a look.

    Unfortunately the deadline for the magazine has passed. I managed to use another image in the end.

    Thanks to everyone who replied.
