Tabbing into adjusments has stopped working for me?

Normalling when I hit the tab key when I've got a file selected, if I'm in the exposure tab for example, CaptureOne will automatically select the adjustment box for exposure so that I can just Shift up and down the adjust exposure.

It's stopped working though, had anyone else noticed this?

  Tabbing is working fine here (CO 8.3.2.6 on OS X 10.10.4).

  tips I can give are the regular maintenance to keep Capture One happy:
  - repair permissions (disk utility)
  - refresh preferences
  - new session or catalog

  System prefs> Keyboard > shortcuts
  
  There is an option to change how tab works. Text and lists only or all controls. Try text and lists.
