Output sizing problem.

I do not want to crop images in C1 but I want to output images to PS as 5x7's. I choose scale - to size - 5.00 x 7.00 but under process summary they show up as 7.00 x 4.67. Do I need to do something with the crop tool even though I do not want to crop?

Also, is quickproof in version 5 the same as Quickproof in earlier versions.
