upgrading costs
Since purchasing C1DSLR I have never upgraded. Is it going to cost me 200 dollars to uprgrade, now that it has been over a year??? I have contacted support and they don't reply to my inquiry(it has been weeks). I am frustrated with this to say the least.

3.6 which is the upcomming release is a free upgrade.
After this the upgrade program will include 2 or 5 major releases.
I have no loggs in my system from you contacting support at any point of time. If you have a support request this is logged at http://support.phaseone.com is this the place you have made your support request?0 -

I guess I asked a really hard question and it was unreasonable for me to expect a simple answer to whether or not it would cost me more to upgrade the version of c1 that I OWN, than it would be to buy Bibble 4.0 AND get free upgrades. Why it ask you for CC info is becouse you are going in to the E-Shop (To buy software) try insted to click \"Download\" on the frontpage of www.phaseone.com. You have bought the software, now you just need to download the latest version of the software and install it! 0 -
When you say that 3.6 will be a free upgrade, what do you mean? Does that mean that the none of the 2 free uprades included in the purchase of C1 pro will be used? If not, what is a not free upgrade? 0 -
Correct, the 2 free upgrades will not be used for this version.
So as an example:
You bought 3.5 with 2 updates that would be 3.6 and 3.7.
Now 3.6 are for free, meaning you will receive 3.7 and 3.8 as well.0
