I just finished building a new ASRock itx 16gig ddr4 3200 memory 8700k with 1070 ti GPU this past weekend. I'm using an T5 2TB external ssd which holds my images and their recipes (cat). I bounce around between 2 desktops and my surface book 2 laptop and am loving the portability. The K is instant response time. The other two systems take roughly a second for 100% view.

    Hi Slickster,

Good to hear. I'm interested in the 7820x (been reading instability horror stories), 8700k, and the 8700.

Could you do me (the Capture One Pro users) a favor, and run an export of 12 RAW images to 100% JPEGs, and post your results here:

    viewtopic.php?f=69&t=26478

List your camera make and model
List your CPU (8700k) and GPU (1070ti), and whether or not your system if overclocked.

Run the export once without the GPU enabled, and once with the GPU enabled.

    Many thanks,

    c
