Automatic adjustment
I'm struggling to understand how the automatic adjustment A button works. If I click the A button, C1 seems to adjust exposure, contrast, saturation, shadows, highlights and levels. But for contrast and saturation, it always makes the same adjustment, that is +7 for contrast and +5 for saturation, whereas for the other parameters, the adjustment it makes depends on the original shot. Are the +7 and +5 what it always does, or what it always does for my camera model (Olympus E620) or are they meant to be dependent on the shot too?

Seems to be just a standard setting as the +7 +5 is true for all four of the cameras I've used (1DS Mark II, 1DS Mark III, 1D Mark IV and G12). 0
