Question about Online Help

Hello
Sometimes I use the C1-Help.
I have questions about:
a) Numbers in results not clear for me.
b) Language GERMAN vs English
c) Lot of different numbers

Can someone explain this?

Edit today: I assume it's also not clear for the other reader here?
