Keystone error

what's this about.. I can't crop images properly. It's using either vertical guides or horizontal ones but not both of them together. Is that an error or something is wrong with me?

  Try to place the two lower control points of the correction tool in the lower half of the image. I've had wrong results too when they were above the middle horizontal.

  But still nothing ☹️, I remember with 6.1 I've got it right with no problems...It seems as a problem of 6.2
