    LCC function has never worked as expected for me.
    I try to use it to make even light for art copy, but am never able to apply the LCC to the art images after making the LCC profile.
    I have the same iMac, (iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) could it be the machine?

    What OS are you guys running?

    Do you mean processing batches or 2 individual runs?

    Same problem here.

    I can generate one LCC at a time, most of the time, without crashing, but in batch - forget about it... sometimes 2 files at a time. More than 2 LCC at a time results in a crash after the first file is done.

    No problems in CO8

    As an aside, I've filed multiple reports on this issue and asked for a response. What I got was crickets.

    If you want a response, you have to open a Support Case. Crash Report will, in 99,9 % of cases, not be responded to, but will be used for fixing the core issue.

    I also have the same problem. Also event viewer shows multiple instances of "lcc file not found" or similar.

    When trying to create an lcc preset I get the following;

    Description: File not found error occurred while trying to copy the LCC Profile to the Styles folder. (null)
    File: /Users/dickon/Library/Application Support/Capture One/LCC Profiles/(null).lcc
    Domain: com.phaseone.captureone

    the same problem here. C0 crashes every third or fourth LCC. Sometimes during the first. Creating several LCCs together never works. -> only since 9.02, also with 9.03
    I've created hundreds of LCC without any problems with older versions of C0.

    Better to restart CaptureOne after every successful creation of an LCC, otherwise the crash also destroys the previously created LCCs. So, now I have to create the fourth LCC from the same file...

    Process: Capture One 9 [3037]
    Version: 9.0.3.5 (9.0.3.5)
    OS Version: Mac OS X 10.11.2 (15C50)
    Mac Pro (Mid 2012), 2 x 2.4 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon, 48 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC, ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB

    I opened a support case and the answer was I still had some preferences etc installed from a previous version.

    If you have the same problem here is the solution;

    "That seems to have been an older issue that should not be affecting you in 9.0.3. Lets try a clean uninstall of all CO versions like your old version of 8 and so forth including 9.0.3 now and reinstall only 9.0.3.

    Clean uninstall - https://www.phaseone.com/en/Search/Arti ... nguageid=1

    Reinstall - https://www.phaseone.com/en/Download.aspx"

    Good Luck it seems to have worked for me.

    Tried the clean uninstall and reinstall and still no luck. Today after being contacted by Technical Support I tried creating LCCs using files from a different (Canon 5dMKII as opposed to the Leaf back) and C-1 still crashes.
