    Hmm.

Elsewhere there was mention of something similar for a catalog and the answer was that after upgrading the catalog it needed to be closed and then re-opened.

I'm just experimenting with a new NAS - it's all new to me - and had the same symptoms on a session recently copied to it.

Decided to open a random session to check performance. Ran the upgrade as required but all images were non-editable ... except one for some odd reason. I was not paying much attention at the time to the subtleties at the time.

Tried another session, no upgrade required on that one as it happened, and all was well.

See if you get the same result after closing and opening?

    I noticed the same.
In my case it was related to the fact that I was editing a NEF file (session) from the D850 with a repair adjustment layer in this picture.
If you switch to the background layer all is normal again to were you can edit all sliders again.

    Hope this helps.

I have the same problem; D810 files that are impossible to edit. Tried to close/open/change session etc but is still the same.

    Did you get any solution?
    Thanks
