The solution would be to remove the Simplified Chinese stuff from Capture One Application. You can easily try it if you follow these steps but be sure to have a backup as you can mess up and have a non-functional copy of Capture One.

There's two ways to do it!

    Hard Way
    ***********
    1. Quit Capture One application
    2. Control-Click on the Capture One application icon, a drop-down menu will be displayed and you must choose \"Show Package Content\". A new window will be opened with one folder named \"Contents\".
    3. Double-click the \"Content\" folder and then double-click the \"Resources\" folder.
    4. Locate the \"zh_CN.lproj\" folder and drag it on your desktop. Here I make the assumption that \"zh_CN\" stands for simplified chinese. Obviously, you can also drag the \"zh_TW.lproj\" folder on your desktop...
    5. Close all the folders windows.
    6. Launch Capture One but before make sure that in the international system preference pane, English comes right after Simplified Chinese.

    It should work.

    Easy Way

You can also do it in a much easier way:
1: Click on the Capture One application
2: Use \"Get Info\" menu item in the Finder
3: In the Info window click the little \"Language\" triangle
4: Depending on your permissions, you can remove languages by unchecking them. I've not tested.

    I hope this helps!

Glad to hear that it works. Actually, you're right, it will work on any software. This is the way that Mac OS X handle multiple languages.
    😂 😂 😂
