download again from Phase One in order to get a fresh start? C1 LE is now, I think, picking up profiles from here:

And, I don't want that, I think.

  If you have most current version 3.7.7 then No.
  
  If you Trash the Preference file and relaunch, the program will revert to install state and you will be starting over.
