    Kiran,

    Session or catalog?

If session I would try to open the images from a different session (make a new session and browse to the image folder).

    Hi Paul

They are in a Catalogue. Strangely, this behaviour is only happening to this folder of images.

    Regards

    Hi Kiran,

You could try a verify of the catalog (File menu). Alternatively, you could try an export (File, Export, Original) of the original raw file WITH adjustments to an temporarily location and open them from a session or another catalog.
Last, try with OpenCL set to Never for processing in the Preferences.

By the way, are you up-to-date with updates? (7.2.2 is current).

If all else fail, open a support case.

    Hi Paul

I have just exported a bunch of files and imported them into a new Session.

Interestingly, the Background Layer adjustments are still the same but any Layers above have all disappeared in this new Session, even though they are still showing up in the original catalogue.

I have opened a support ticket and sent an exported file, but I guess they will see the same thing (image without layer adjustments). I've also sent a screen grab which clearly shows all the layer adjustments as I see them in the original catalogue.

    Thank for all your help.

    Kiran

    Hi Guys

I've just had the exact same thing happen to me.

My session folder refuses to show the local adjustments i've made. I've followed all the steps described above but nothing seems to work.

Would be interested whether you are using CO Pro 7.2.2 or an earlier version?

    Hi

I'm on 7.2.2 also. Glad it's not just me with the problem but not glad it's happened. ☹️

I suggest you open a support case also, as user Kiran did. I recall this was an issue with early releases of CO7, but it appear to resurface again in yet unknown circumstances and intermittently.

I have exactly the same issue. Tried all the above steps. Probably open another support case but I already have another case open.

I've lost count of the number of bugs and niggles I've come across since switching to C1. It's a good job it's excellent otherwise!
