Unwanted Proof Profile
Hallo!
My next 'Newbe' problem is: When i start CaptureOne 5.2/WinXP the last captures are loading, first they look ok but then they where overriden by destroying patterns.
I have found out: in menu View>Proof File is something wrong. It shows first the list of my few output settings - ok, then comes the heading 'RGB' and the list of rgb-profiles - ok, BUT: the first line of them is empty and that line ist signed.
To repair this i always have to sign one of my standard output settings - than the pictures will get showed ok.
This procedure must be done after every starting C1 and i find no way to get that correct.
I remember once having played with proofing in C1 (i normaly use them on Photoshop) and also having loaded Jpegs...
My questions: Has anyone a tipp
- what have i made wrong and
- how to learn C1 that my signed standard output setting (say my TIFF-16bit AdobeRGB) should also be the standard at next starting?
Many thanks
August F.

To start I suggest you deleted your output recipes and create ONE new recipe and test with a restart of Capture One 5. 0 -
Thank you, Paul, for help.
Have found it. On the end of the long list of profiles was 'No Proof File' unmarked.
I had a Epson profil activated whole the time...
