Preference files on MacOS 10.13

I have problem identifying where the preference files is now being located. I have searched both the system library folder and the library folder inside the user folder. Could somebody help?

  I'm still on MacOS 10.12.3, but for that they are to be found at
  
  users>[my user name]>Library>Preferences>com.phaseone.captureone11.plist
  
  if that's any help.

  I'm on 10.13.2.
  The preference file is still in the location mentioned by Ian.
