C1 4 weird problem

C1 has been working great - version 4.01. When I opened it today, all photos were completely blown out....almost all white......including old photos. Tried closing and opening program. Checked all settings.....nothing has changed. Even tried redownloading and reinstalling 4.01, and nothing helps. Can't see the photos to work on them. They are all there, just almost completely white. Tried everything I could think of.........anyone have a clue here?

Now this is really weird. I tried an ORF (OlyE3) conversion to tif, and it processed it just fine. I can see the tif in my other programs. Doesn't help much if I can't see the RAW file in C1 to make adjustments to it before conversion, though. I can also see all the ORFs in other programs just fine........just not C1!

  You could try to let CO4 regenerate the previews/thumbnails. Just delete the Capture One\\Cache\\Proxies folder of one of your images folders and open it again with CO4.

  I tried regenerating the previews/thumbnails. When the photos first load I can see them correctly, but as C1 goes through and processes them all, it turns them basically all white. I am assuming there is something wrong with the profile C1 is using? But why would it all of a sudden do this when it has been fine ever since it came out?
