Confirmation from Phase One of request to be a beta tester?

Has anyone gotten confirmation from Phase One that they were successfully registered as a beta tester for 4.0?

The user interface had some issues when I registered, and I have not received any confirmation.

Phase One folks - I, and probably most of your users who are interested in the beta program, would appreciate some sort of confirmation that our registration has been received. I would prefer that to be an immediate and automatic acknowledgment by the web page, but an email to those who have already signed up would also be appreciated.

  I noticed the beta test check box on my profile page doesn't even seem to stay checked, while the e-mail subscription ones do.
  
  I've not tried submitting the form again, I don't want to inundate Phase One with requests, but I too am not sure if the request was received.
