Dual monitor Full Screen is more like "full window"

In dual monitor mode, when I select Full Screen in the Viewer (on my 30 inch display), I get full window, not Full Screen. The window size remains unchanged. The full window behaves as if it were the Full Screen, except the Tool Bar does not autohide and the window size remains the same. The browser window on the smaller display is not affected and displays Full Screen when I select it. Reversing the display location of the Viewer and Browser does not change this. Selecting Large Browser or Large Viewer does not change this.

Is there a selection I failed to make or is this just an oddity with the dual monitor mode? I have submitted a support request.

  The support team reproduced this and has referred it to the software engineers to address.
