EIP Issues
I have been using EIP as my standard format since it launched.
Have even set to auto convert all files to EIP on import and capture.
Off late I am having loads of issues with this format.. I am unsure if I am doing something wrong or there is a genuine problem here.
I have noticed this issue whenever we upgrade to the latest version of capture one or even if its not the latest and there is a difference in the version when the shoot was imported and you are trying to access the shoot on a later date.
Now I tried to access some older eip files on the latest version I have on my system .. 8.3.0.52

I made a NEW default session, then copied a few older EIp files and pasted them to the capture folder of the new default session.
They do not show up. Nothing.
I then added the same files into the selects folder.. same thing.. nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this too?
I have decided to just unpack my entire database and years of work and keep the files in their native RAW format.
But to do that too.. I am unable to access the EIP files.. this is SCARY !!

There might be but this is a User to User forum not an official support channel so you really should be creating a Support Case to get personal service for this sort of problem. It a much better and more reliable route to getting the answers you need.
Click the C1 Help menu, then "Capture One Support" and then the "Contact Technical Support" option.
