Question preview 5D C1

Hi,
I have shot with the 20D tethered to C1 and love it.
Today I got my 5D and it also works but somehow I cant get the preview on my display, it stays black all the time.

Anyone else has this problem ?
It's not a big problem but I love to see the little preview to check a little bit.

  Frank,
  
  Confirm Final Release of version 3.7.3 PRO is being used.
  
  So the Thumbnails populate and the Previews do not?
  What happens when you select a Thumbnail ? get a Preview?
  What is set as the image file location?

  Hi,
  Maybe I posted it wrong, sorry.
  The preview on the CAMERA is not working.
  With the 20D I could still chimp on the camera with the 5D the display stays black.
  
  C1 is working like a charm (but I never have problems 😄)

  We tried another 5D and it does the same so I guess it's supposed to work that way 😄

  i too shoot tethered with a 5D & C1 Pro 3.7.3 for pc, and have the same experience that you have.
  
  I might be wrong but this is how i understand it, that as soon as you tether up with this camera model (and the 10D), your preview option is only external.
  
  i think as soon as you connect a cable to either one of the sockets ( up or down ) on the right handside of the cameras output section (see rubber flaps ). Then the cameras own display is automatically turned off.
  
  it also happens when you use the TV to preview direct from the camera, the TV recieves the preview data from the camera, disabling the small display.

  I knew about the TV preview, my 20D/10D did the same, however on the 20D I did get a preview on the screen, but it's no real problem, I just love to chimp sometimes.
