Where's the manual for C1-7?

When can we expect a downloadable manual for C1-7?? The Online version is s-l-o-w and some of us prefer to read written material and not a lengthy manual from the screen.

  I would also like to add my request for a downloadable manual. I am not always on-line and there is a lot to learn!
  
  I have tried printing some pages (using the 'printer friendly version') and they are too faint. The font appears to be grey not black.
  
  In my view this is a huge drawback.
