What's the minimum spec of Microsoft Surface to allow Capture One Pro to work and allow Live View tethering with IQ250?

    Say does Surface 3 4GB RAM model would be sufficient?

    Nop, 4 gb is too little. 8 gb would do, but 16 gb would be much recommended.

    You can also look into the Surface Book, which runs CO quite nicely (in the larger configurations)
