newbe cannot register used Licens for Capture One DB 3.7.x

Hallo! I have bought a used P20 with Capture One DB 3.7.x
The Seller has deactivated the software on his computer.
What must he do more to get free the license for me?

  Hi Gust, just download Capture One 5.2 from our website and and select Use Capture One DB (digital back) at the activation screen.
