"Upgrade" from Sony to "Pro" for Fuji GFX

I am picking up a GFX 50S this afternoon (yes!) C1 support was the main reason I decided to buy.

I was rather excited to upgrade from my Sony version of C1 to the full pro version. I've been upgrading my Sony version for several years now from version 9 to version 11. I figured I would upgrade to the pro version so I can edit my old Canon files as well.

I have the current C1 version 11.3 for Sony.

I click on "Upgrade to Capture one Pro" https://www.phaseone.com/en/Online-Stor ... ducts.aspx

It takes me to a page

None of my licenses can be upgraded?

I can't "upgrade" to the fuji version either.

Sony licenses can't be upgraded to Pro?

  My suggestion would be that you create a Support Case and ask the Phase sales and marketing people what approach to take.
  
  The Support Case system covers more than just technical support - as you probably already know but I thought I would mention it partly for the benefit of other who may later read the thread.

  I have created a support case.
  
  For now, I have unauthorised my computer and started a Pro trial so I can work with the Fuji GFX files today.

  I would also be mindful of the update cycle for C1 - The last two versions (at least) have been announced around the end of November, so v12 may be about to be released at the end of next month (????).
