installation problem with capture one 6.2.2 pro

I've installed a fresh copy of my capture one 6.2.2 pro into my new laptop, since my old laptop suddenly died. I've encountered a problem after opening the capture one. According to capture it is corrupted. I've uninstalled the capture one and restarted my laptop, after that i've installed it again,

Its showing:

"The application preferrences at %USERPROFILE%\Appdata\local\phaseone are corrupt. Please correct or delete them and restart the program "

Any idea on how to fix this problem?
