Multilayer Tiff after editing issue

I can't view in C1 7.1 DB the multilayer Tiff file I create after editing in Photoshop. It can only view flatten tiff files. This is a major problerm in my work flow as I can't afford to have multi versions of edited files to handle my catalog.

What can I do ?

  Multi Layer TIFF Files are supported in Capture One as they are read as any other TIFF.
  You may be seeing a restriction due to size or perhaps the presence of an Alpha Channel.

  In fact I even do not see them in the import window. I can see single but not multilayer.
