Tranfers setting, process recipes, workflows to new CO12

I am to setup CO12 on a new pc and would like to tranfers setting, process recipes, workflows to a new CO12 installation - from the CO12 on my mac.

If you have information or hints about how, I would be glad to hear.

  The settings are in the so-called Application Support folders. The fun part is that their parent folders are hidden by default (both Win & Mac). File locations:
  
  macOS: [user_name]/Library/Application Support/Capture One
Windows: C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Local\CaptureOne

  Most settings are cross platform compatible. Workspaces are not.
