I am a monthly subscriber. Do I have to pay for C1 20?

I'm confused with all the "save 20% by pre ordering c1 20". Does this only apply to people that are buying the software as a one time purchase vs people like me that are annual subscribers?

    Updates are included in subscription plans as written on PO site, but it was logic too.
    Think about it, if they weren't included and you didn't want to pay the upgrade, would you have paid for the same version "forever"? Actually, subscriptions expire every month or once a year (depending on the plan. The second in your case) and obviously they couldn't give you an older version on renewal.
